this is me

As sketched by my son. I appreciate his efforts to eliminate my double chin and make my hair look slightly less stupid than it does in real life.

There’s nothing all that deep here; this is just a scrapbook of stuff I like. Or don’t like, as the case may be.

Hi @pc_optimum, I've been trying for a couple of weeks to get your customer service people to replace missing points and can't get an answer to emails or Twitter messages. Can anyone there help? How is completely ignoring your customers okay?

What a frustrating experience with @kobo customer service. Yes we did too apply your coupon! Oh, we didn't? You never had a coupon in the first place! Oh, that's a screenshot of it? Well it doesn't apply when more than one book is in the cart! Include this in the email? Why?
